MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
You will join the team and learn how to contribute, lead and coordinate
projects, actions or activities in manufacturing area, considering time
and budget. The potential candidates will be developed for supervisory
level.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical/Electrical/
Industrial Engineering
* Good leadership and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* Active in organization, have experiences in leading committee or
project are advantages
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SUPERVISOR
You will responsible to develop and implement the fittest C&B system to
support the organization for keeping people motivated achieving the
business objective. You will also finalize Job Evaluation & Grading
System, responsible of payroll, pension, jamsostek, reimbursement, HRIS
and data personnel.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any
discipline
* Having experience in implementing of job evaluation & grading until
pricing
* Hands on payroll, pension, jamsostek & reimbursement
* Good knowledge in PPH 21
* Good knowledge in HRIS
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
You will responsible to build a Training Center, develop the concept and
manage the skill matrix. Ensuring the succession process safe include
drawing career path, lead the process for transfer technical skill and
knowledge, and periodically evaluate the integrated actions.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any
discipline
* Having experience in developing Training Center
* Good knowledge in Training Concept and Method
* Good knowledge in Knowledge Management
* Familiar with manufacturing environment
* Strong enough to lead the inter-departmental training events, drive
them to the goal
* This position is not a trainer position, but experience as trainer
is a must
* Fluent in English
PROJECT IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
You will responsible for managing projects in technical area.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
* Having experience in managerial level minimum 5 year in technical
area / project.
* Proven track record to manage challenging projects which involving
departments
* A `can do’ attitude person with good technical skills &
knowledge in maintenance, workshop, mechanical –electrical, machines
fabrication and industrial facilities.
* Good knowledge in air conditioning system.
* Good knowledge in material science (metal & non metal).
* Fluent in English
