SALES ENGINEER
The Job:

* Analyses own market and identify potential customers for defined products and applications.
* Close on orders and follow-up with delivery until payment received.
* Develop and plan sales strategies to enhance Company's competitive position in Indonesia.
* Manage and maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts.
* Responsible for planning, proposal preparations, presentations to customers and contract negotiations.
* Required to work closely with service teams to develop solutions based on customer requirements.
* Plan and organise sales and marketing promotion activities together with the Sales Support Group.
* Actively work on own skill development and other team members in the region.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university.
* At least 3 years sales experience in energy / engineering industry will be an added advantage.
* Must be computer literate with good spoken and written English.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle projects professionally.
* Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
* Posses valid driving license and own vehicle.
* Prepared to travel throughout Indonesia and overseas at a short notice.
