General requirement:
1. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

1. EXPLORATION MANAGER (Code: EXPLOR)

Qualification:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
8. Manage and control all civil work, construction and land compensation
9. Create Good Mining Practice
10. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate

2. GEOLOGIST (Code: GEO)

Qualification:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper)
6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
7. Able to indentfy surface structure, rock base and geological structure

3. MINING PRODUCTION (MPSPV / MPSPT)

Qualification:

1. Max 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer faculty
3. Minimum 3 (Three) years experience in mining company as Supervisor, Minimun 5 (Five) years as Superintendent
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Taking care of quality of mine product
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest

4. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (Code: KTT)

Requirements:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Create Good Mining Practice
8. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
11. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)

Qualification:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Fluent in English both oral & written
10. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
11. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
12. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities

6. LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT / SUPERVISOR (Code: LOGISTIC)

Qualification:

1. Male, max 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (Three) years experience in mining company or heavy equipment industry as Supervisor, Minimun 5 (Five) years as Superintendent
3. Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain
7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste

7. SHIPPING SUPERINTENDENT (Code: SHPS)

Qualification:

1. Male with minimum 10 (ten) years experience as Marine Operation Manager
2. Bachelor degree from marine science
3. Posses certificate of ANT 2
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in handling Bulk Carrier/Cargo, Tug Boat & Barges in remote area
8. Good understanding on warehouse & shipping management system, Product handling and Control, ISO and HACCP
9. Monitoring the shipping schedule with port split, permit and discharge readiness. To coordinate with stakeholders in each discharging ports in preparation for ship arrival/cargo transfer
10. Monitor & update the movement and schedule of all vessels

8. MECHANIC HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT (MHDE)

Qualification:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum High School degree from mechanical, automotive or electrical
3. Minimum 3 (three) year experience in related field, preferably from mining company or heavy duty equipment company
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
5. Able to repair and over haul heavy equipment such as dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
6. Able to make maintenance schedule for heavy duty equipment
7. Monitoring break down unit and trouble unit
8. Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts for all type of heavy duty equipment
9. Well knowledge about safety procedure

9. HEAD of REPRESENTATIVE (Code: HOR)

General Responsibilities:

1. Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, industrial relations, general affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented
2. Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met
3. Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
4. Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
5. Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations

Qualifications:

1. Maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
3. Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
4. Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
5. Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
6. Excellent in English, both written and oral
7. Computer-literate
8. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
9. A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
10. Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

10. HSE MANAGER (Code: HSEM)

Qualification:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
8. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
